Why do I have a Direct Debit with ‘Family Assurance Friendly Society Ltd’?

Some OneFamily Direct Debits are changing from Family Equity Plan Limited to Family Assurance Friendly Society Ltd.

This is still OneFamily and your money will continue to be paid into your ISA, Lifetime ISA or Child Trust Fund.

You can log into your online account to check or amend your active Direct Debit at any time.

Why has my OneFamily Direct Debit changed?

We're changing the legal entity for some of our products from “Family Equity Plan Limited” to “Family Assurance Friendly Society Ltd”. OneFamily is the trading name for both of these entities.

Some of our customers will therefore see a change in the name of their Direct Debit – from “Family Equity Plan Limited” to “Family Assurance Friendly Society Ltd”.

Your bank might notify you of a new Direct Debit with Family Assurance Friendly Society, but this is simply replacing your current regular payment.

The amount you pay in won’t change, nor will the date the payment comes out of your current account – unless you change this yourself, of course.
